The final episodes of Season 7 from the critically acclaimed Mad Men has begun on AMC. In episode 10, are Don Draper (Jon Hamm), Roger Sterling (John Slattery), and Joan Holloway (Christina Hendricks) ready to predict what will happen to their business in 'The Forecast?'

Don is still sleeping in bed and late for his business meeting. He is getting ready to sell his apartment, which has nothing left inside. In Los Angeles, Joan gets a collect call from her mother and talks to her child. Roger has to give a statement for a McCann retreat in the Bahamas and asks Don to write it for him.

Joan meets with Lou (Allan Havey) but he tries his bets to avoid working with her. Peggy (Elizabeth Moss) needs Don's okay for their Peter Pan cookie. Don hears the pitches but wants the writers to rewrite everything. Richard (Bruce Greenwood) flirts with Joan, even though he's not interested in applying for a job.

Betty (January Jones) is teaching Sally (Kiernan Shipka) how to write a check. Don isn't able to sell his apartment because his room smells of failure. Joan is being romanced by Richard, who's divorced like her and free as a bird since being divorced.

Don is having a hard time writing his prognostication and talks with Ted (Kevin Rahm). Turns out Ted is interested in doing something else, like pharmaceutical. Richard makes a trip to New York and calls Joan at work, setting up a date. Pete (Vincent Kartheiser) argues with Don and Peggy since their pitch to a client was screwed.

Sally and Betty meet with Glenn, who is all grown up and thinner. Betty has a Mrs. Robinson  moment with Glenn, finding him attractive. Glenn is joining the army and shipping out to Vietnam. Sally is worried he's going to die and runs away. Betty says she will wait for Glenn to return but knows he won't.

During their date, Joan tells Richard she has a 4 year old boy and they end up at the hotel. Sally cries, realizing she didn't get a chance to say goodbye to Glenn. Joan calls her babysitter and convinces her to stay over. Unfortunately, Richard is done with raising kids and dumps her.

Don asks Peggy about the future, she wants to be the first creative director.  She wants to create something of lasting value, but Dona makes fun of her. The day starts out bad as Joan snaps at her babysitter, saying "You ruined my life!" at her baby, and a failed pitch meeting with a client.

While Don fires an employee, Richard asks for forgiveness and asks to be part of her life. Glenn shows up at Betty's, but she stops him from kissing her. He flunked out of school, which is why he's going to war. After Glenn touches her face, Betty says she's sure he's going to make it.

After flirting with her friends, Sally argues with Don and wants to be a different person. She is just like them, a beautiful girl who does more than that. Betty takes the toy gun from Bobby and throws it out in the trash.

Don sells his apartment and now has to find a new place to live.
