It's been almost 5 months since MStars News reported the death of Miss Jessie's co-founder, Titi Branch. In a new reporter, MStars News has learned that the hair entrepreneur committed suicide after having issues with her boyfriend, Anthony Spadafora.

According to New York Post, Titi Branch hanged herself in her Midtown apartment, 3 weeks before Christmas after she fell into a deep depression apparently over her boyfriend, Anthony Spadafora and sister, Miko Branch. The two are now playing the blame game in a Manhattan court while fighting over Branch's $2 million in life insurance. You see, Titi had changed the beneficiary of her fortune from her sister, to her lover.

According to Miko, the 45-year-old was spellbound by Spadafora. Miko claims that her sister was isolated from the family, and was "treated like a human ATM" when she was alive and dating the Pennsylvania man.

“My sister’s death has been a devastating blow,” Miko revealed. “It was only after Titi’s death that we learned more about what she’d been going through and how her affairs were being managed.”

"Spadafora wielded exceptional control over [her] while fully aware that her mental health was severely compromised,” she added.

The site revealed that Titi's boyfriend withdrew hundreds of thousands of dollars from his girlfriend's accounts to start his own business, called Maestro’s Classics; a beard care company. He also managed to get some money from his late girlfriend to renovate a Pennsylvania house.

“In exchange, [she] received nothing,” Miko declared.

Miko says that her sister was ready to call it quits with Spadafora, but that never happened.

"Spadafora took extreme measures to stop her . . . sending compromising photographs that he had taken of her,” Miko claims.

Spadafora fired back at Miko's claims and said that the sisters' drama started back in 2013 which, "prompted her to change the beneficiary on her life insurance policy, and drove Titi out of the company she and Miko started together in 2004."

“She was changing everything,” he revealed.

Spadafora admitted that the "sisters loved each other but had different management styles, and as tensions grew, Titi couldn’t take the stress," he claimed, calling Miko "'the bully of Brooklyn.”'

“They’re trying to paint me as a villain,” the former boyfriend added.

The couple met on Match.com back in 2012.

“It was a real love . . . I was dedicated to her; she was dedicated to me,” he says.

Spadafora revealed that the couple was trying to start a family together, and even shared homes together. He found out that his girlfriend killed herself when a friend called him.

“My love failed. I thought it was good enough if there wasn’t a baby,” Spadafora crying told the Post. “I don’t want to see this turn into a war,” he claims about the relationship he has with Titi's family.
