Season 2 of the hit medical reality show, Botched, continues with an all-new patient in the operating room on E! Dealing with operations gone horribly wrong, renowned plastic surgeons, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow, take a look at Rodrigo Alves, aka the Human Ken Doll.

As we previously mentioned, Botched chronicles stories of plastic surgeries gone awry. Viewers follow the doctors, who are committed to helping patients go from botched to regaining their beauty once again. The all-star plastic surgeons, Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow, are challenged to work with everyone from famous television, sports, and music stars to disfigured burn victims.

According to People, the London-based flight attendant earned his nickname due to his extensive cosmetic work. After spending more than $200,000, his multiple surgeries included ab implants, liposuction, and reconstruction of his smile. In the end though, the nips and tucks left Alves with his "Fillers migrated to the tip, so my nose was botched."

Check out this sneak peek here:

Growing up in Brazil, the former "ugly fragile boy" had a childhood of never-ending bullying. In order to escape being ostracized, Alves prompted his decision to move to England and "reinvent myself."

In our MStars review,  the show flashes-forward, presenting the patients after they have fully recovered from the operations. These sad tales of botched operation turn into an emotional and inspirational story by the conclusion. It looks like Alves had a emotional release while being on-camera for the reality show.

Alves reveals, "It's not an addiction at all. It's a high sense of self worth. I only had to have my nose done again because it was badly done."

Botched: Season 2 continues Tuesdays, at 9 p.m. on E!.
