Before Godzilla The Game arrives on the PS3 and PS4, Bandai Namco Games has announced the list of monsters appearing and the release date. Teased in the new PS4 gameplay trailer, gamers should get ready to play as the legendary Mothra, King Ghidorah, and Mechagodzilla.

In the mythology, Godzilla is 400-foot-tall mutant dinosaur, who has just awakened from the depths of sea. Gojira is a rampaging nuclear nightmare, complete with glowing dorsal fins and fiery, radioactive breath. Crushing ships, villages, and buildings are in trouble as Gojira marches towards Tokyo.

According to IGN, the Japanese publisher has revealed the Who's Who list of monsters making their way into the game. Among the Kaiju are Jet Jaguar, Mechagodzilla, Destroyah, King Ghidorah, and Gigan. For the PS4, gamers will have Space Godzilla as a platform exclusive.

Gamestop has a list of features the game will include. In the storyline, the giant monster has to bash through each stage and take out the Energy Generator. Before you can pass to the next level, smash as many buildings as you can to maximize your G-Energy. Be aware though, the higher the Hazard Level, more legendary monsters will come out to battle.

Players can check out all sides of the monster romp with game's special Movie-Style Camera Angle System. Gamers can switch from each of the camera points while controlling Godzilla. Before Gojira powers-up, the god of destruction will start out small and grow up to 100 meters tall. When you learn each new skill, you can also power up your beam. You might also get a chance to make Gigantis fly into the air.

In Mission Mode, players can crush their way through 25 stages of chaos and mayhem. In Diorama Mode, gamers will get a chance to fulfill their dream of building the Godzilla scene of the dreams In King of Monsters Mode, there is a time trial to win the battle and be number one.
