The Season 3 finale of The Americans arrives tonight on FX. In Episode 13, as history collides with their spy life, will Philip Jennings (Matthew Rhys) and Elizabeth (Keri Russell) Jennings be able to keep their daughter, Paige (Holly Taylor), safe during her trip to Russia?

In our previous recap, Clark (Rhys) taught Martha (Alison Wright) how to lie during her interrogation at FBI headquarters. Because there are more risks involved, Philip asks Gabriel (Frank Langella) for a favor and get Elizabeth to visit her dying mother. As her world continued to fall apart, Paige was unable to speak to her parents, especially when her real grandmother was mentioned.

In our recent recap, Claudia (Margo Martindale) met with Gabriel (Frank Langella), telling him she still wanted to recruit Paige for the Center. Because she doesn't know who her family is, Elizabeth asks Paige to go with her to Russia and visit her dying grandmother. With his pretend marriage crumbling, Philip took off his hair piece, removed his glasses, and revealed his true self to Martha.

According to TV Guide, Paige will make the voyage with Elizabeth to visit her grandmother. But the trip is under special circumstances since the episode is entitled, "March 8, 1983." This is the date of Reagan's infamous speech, in which he declared the Soviet Union to be an "evil empire."

Check out March 8, 1983 here:

In an interview with New York Times, Taylor discusses her character's emotional arc, "I feel like her emotions are pretty understandable for a 15-year-old who just found out that her whole life is a lie. I thought it was awesome that they put it kind of randomly there in the middle. That way, you get to see how it affects everyone after."

With Oleg and Stan Beeman working together to save Nina, Annet Mahendru reveals to Refinery 29 if she will find joy in being saved, "I don't know if she's been able to. You know how actors say they're always on, because you're doing press, etc. I guess with spies, in essence, too, it's full-time acting. She's always on. You can't just be like, 'I'm hungry; I'm going to hang out in a prison cell.' You're not going to get what you need. You're not going to make it to tomorrow."
