Bobbi Kristina's Estate Handed Over to Bobby Brown? Singer Reportedly Files for Guardianship

MStars News has learned that Bobby Brown filed for guardianship over Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate, according to USA Today.

As Bobbi Kristina remains in a medical center, her grandmother, Cissy Houston released the following statement about the future.

"This is a family matter involving sensitive information. We hope to resolve this in a manner that is respectful of Bobbi Kristina's sensitive health information," she said. "The Houston family has always looked out for the best interest of Bobbi Kristina Brown. The family has done so all of her life and will continue to do so. We trust that others have the same objective."

MStars News previously learned that Cissy Houston also revealed that her granddaughter had irreversible brain damage.

"I have just returned from visiting my granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital, and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma, she has a tracheotomy, and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive," the mother of the late Whitney Houston previously said.

According to Extra, if Bobby Brown wins the estate he will be able to take over his daughter's future health-care, and her estate.

Brown previously had to clear up his comments when he told a crowd that his daughter was "awake."

"I can say today, Bobbi is awake," Brown said to the audience at the Dallas' Verizon Theatre. "She's watching me."

After the news went crazy, Brown had to explain actually what he meant.

"Due to the numerous requests for an elaboration of the comments made by Bobby Brown on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at his concert in Texas, there is a need to clarify the reports on the condition of Bobbi Kristina. Bobbi Kristina's condition has changed since moving from Emory University Hospital and there has been improvement. Doctors have indicated that she will have a long life. However, Bobbi Kristina is presently embarking on a rehabilitation process and the quality of her life will not be known for years to come. We thank everyone that supports Bobbi Kristina. And God is hearing our prayers.

MStars News also learned that Bobbi Kris' boyfriend, Nick Gordon was released from rehab. After he was out he tweeted the crytic messages that read:

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference."

And another tweet that read:

"Back like I left something"

Besides trying to take over Bobbi Kristina's estate, Bobby Brown is gearing up for the birth of another daughter with his wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown.
