Based on the cult classic from Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez, the first season of From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series airs on El Rey Network. Viewers can celebrate Cinco De Mayo watching a marathon of episodes as the infamous Seth (D.J. Cotrona) and Richie (Zane Holtz) Gecko take on mobsters and vampires.

As we previously mentioned, the marathon starts from Tuesday, May 5th at dusk (6 PM ET) and concludes at dawn (4am ET). The El Rey Network Founder will release the rock-infused season one soundtrack from his band, CHINGON Music. The Kill Bill Volume 2 composer has included a bonus Spanish version of After Dark. This is the Tito & Tarantula track that played during the iconic snake dance scene in the 1995 film.

The first season begins with a robbery gone horribly wrong (which we actually get to see), when Seth and Richie make their getaway with their stolen money. Reeling from the death of his wife, Jacob Fuller (Robert Patrick) goes on a surprise vacation with his children. Their lives have become intertwined as if they were meant to end up in a special spot in Hell with the vampire queen.

Here are the top 5 episodes you should see in the From Dusk Till Dawn marathon:

5) Mistress

Adrianne Palicki (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) shows up as a new character and adds to the Gecko mythology. The John Wick actress plays Vanessa Styles, who plays Seth's ex-wife. Not only do we get to step inside the Big Kahuna Burger, a reference to Pulp Fiction, we also get to see Holtz dominate in his role as Richie, whose danerously warped mind begins to unravel.

4) Pandemonium

The jaw-dropping (and I mean jaw-dropping!) snake dance routine Selma Hayek performed in the movie is back in this re-imagined episode. You just gotta love Rodriguez for wanting to redo this sexy scene again with the new Santanico Pandemonium (Eiza González). Jake Busey pulls of Sex Machine better too, because he's a sleazy jerk this time around, as everyone starts fighting when the bar turns into a vamp-fest.

3) The Take

This is a whole new ending for the El Rey series, which is a perfect setup for the upcoming Season 2. Characters who died in the movie take a different direction in the horror drama. Just when viewers think they know what's going to happen to Kate's brother, Scott (Brandon Soo Hoo), they get a neat plot twist that catches them by surprise.

2) Boxman

In order to free Santanico from her vampire curse, Seth and Richie have to face the labyrinth within the temple. Working together, Seth and Richie have to pull off a heist that failed before. The episode twists the horror genre around as the Gecko brothers find themselves in a crime caper filled with vampires.

1) Pilot

This is how it all starts, with Seth (Cotrona) and Richie (Holtz) on the run from the cops after a botched robbery. The brothers end up caught in the middle of an intense shootout with Sheriff McGraw (Don Johnson) and his protege, Freddie Gonzalez (Jesse Garcia). Rodriguez expands on the loosely thin premise and builds it into an exciting visual novel.

Readers, are you excited to see From Dusk Till Dawn marathon on the El Rey Network for Cinco De Mayo?
