Hulk Hogan talked last week about trying to get into a match at WrestleMania 32, and apparently the boss, Vince McMahon, is "looking forward to it."

That is, if you believe the Hulkster.

Here's what he said during an interview in Australia:

"Next year, WrestleMania is going to be where the Dallas Cowboys play at the AT&T stadium and next year they're going to try to break my indoor attendance record. So, I stopped Vince McMahon in the hallway and said, 'Let me tell you something brother, there's no way you're running WrestleMania next year without Hulk Hogan on the card. Whether it's for my last hurrah and it's my retirement match, whether it's for my next run or whether it's to just beat whoever's got the WWE title and become the champion again. If you guys are in that stadium next year, I'm going to be there.' And Vince McMahon shook my hand and said, 'I look forward to it.'

"If it happened I would want it to be the greatest match of all time, of course ... If it's the end of my career and a huge emotional send-off that would be great, or if it's the beginning of another huge run for Hulkamania and me chasing the dream of winning the WWE title, that would be brilliant. I'm thinking very positively about getting back in the ring."

Now let's keep in mind that this is not confirmation of anything. Hogan might just be angling for a match, or maybe Vince really did say what Hogan claims he said. Either way, it's almost unthinkable at this point that Hogan could put on a full match in the ring. If he can and he does, then more credit to him. But if he can't, he's still one of the most (if not the most) famous and legendary wrestlers in history.

Here's what Hogan told SportingNews.com in early April about his vision for WrestleMania 32 next year in Dallas.

"In my world and if you're in my brain right now, I'm looking at WrestleMania next year at AT&T Stadium. I'm looking at the WWE breaking my indoor attendance record of 93,000-plus at the stadium where the Cowboys play. Put that ring in the middle of the field and load that football field up with people, you're going to put over 100,000 in there. So in my mind, it would make sense to have world title match, my next run start there or my retirement match happen there. If you're in my brain you're thinking oh my God, I better be ready just in case they let me do it."
