According to IGN, the developers over at EA and Dice confirmed a new location for gameplay: Sullust, which was mentioned in Return of the Jedi. On top of this new map, other confirmed maps include Endor, Hoth and Tatooine for multiplayer.

"The overall look and feel for Sullust is very much Imperial and under construction, playing in locations within the planet such as a lava theme, sulfur theme, Death Star-inspired theme and lastly a mine theme," the developers stated in a blog post this week.

This blog post details how this new map came to life within the game, with concept artists and location photographers coming together to create this experience.

"We wanted to create a planet on our own, first trying out different ideas and then deciding on a lava planet," DICE concept artist Anton Grandert said. "With black sharp rocks, huge land shifts, red lava, turquoise lakes, and white smoke...everything to make it really colorful yet imposing and threatening."

Again, on top of Sollust and the other maps, a free DLC package will include even more playable settings for multiplayer. You can find out more about the special DLC that ties the game to the 2015 film right here!
