Gabriel Iglesias is a man of many talents. For one, he has been one of the biggest comics in the world for the last decade after a single Comedy Central special shot him into the stratosphere. These days though when Iglesias isn't busy packing out arenas he's attempting to branch out in any direction he can and that's why he's taking his shot in the WWE world by trying out for the reality show Tough Enough.

Iglesias submitted a video for Tough Enough this week. You can check it out below. In it, Iglesias is hyped at the opportunity to earn a contract with WWE.

If the WWE Hall of Fame has a celebrity wing, maybe Tough Enough could have a similar wing for any stars such as Iglesias that wants to try out.

"You've been eluding my fluffy ass for way too long. You will not deny me this chance. They call me fluffy but I'm anything but soft," Iglesias says. "WWE Tough Enough; you're looking at Tough Enough right here."

Branding has always been something Iglesias has had a firm grasp on so seeing him reach out to WWE isn't surprising. He understands what it takes to get your name out there. Last year, the comic sat with MStars News to talk about just that.

"I'm a big fan of Kiss. Gene Simmons, he's all into marketing and branding. You name it, there's some type of product with Kiss' name on it. Studying people like that, you see guys have hooks and there are reasons people are successful," Iglesias says. "Jeff Foxworthy had that whole 'You might be a redneck' thing; Larry the Cable Guy had 'Git-R-Done.' Some comics have that hook. Dane Cook had that super finger. So I just caught on early on. I ran with Fluffy."

Now that Iglesias' video is out there, do you think the WWE will give him a chance to make it to the main Tough Enough stage?
