This year definitely doesn't seem like the one of Kim Richards. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills starlet has had a pretty rough couple of months over the last year, which started with her tumultuous Season 5 experience on the Bravo series, and has taken her all the way to a relapse and rehab stint. However, it looks like while she is in a facility getting treatment to conquer her addiction, Richards has just found out some pretty devastating news. The reality star has just lost her court case in the lawsuit filed by her former bestie Kay Rozario, against her pit bull Kingsley.

Richards' former friend was attacked by her dog last year, and it was reported earlier this week by Radar Online that Rozario has pulled out victorious in the court case. The 80-year-old victim just won the case where she was claiming that she deserved to be paid $1 million in damages.

However, it doesn't look like Kay is going to be too happy, as she hasn't been awarded a seven-figure payout, but instead will only be getting her medical bills paid for. While the amount is significantly less than what she was hoping, we are sure that Kim doesn't want to have to dish out the $8083.30 that she is required to pay.

According to The Inquistr, the payout is considerably less because the only concrete amount that Rozario filed in her court case was $4083.50, which was how much her medical bills cost.

The site reports that the "only ascertainable amount Plantiff submitted in her declaration was her medical bills which total $4083.50."

While Richards might not be happy about the payout, we are sure that she is thankful to put this whole mess behind her.
