USA Network has released an all-new behind-the-scenes trailer for their upcoming medical/crime drama, Complications. Ahead of the show's June premiere,, check out the exciting new series from Burn Notice creator Matt Nix, starring Jason O'Mara (Life After Mars) and Jessica Szohr (Gossip Girl).

In the plot synopsis, Dr. John Ellison (Mara) is a suburban doctor who used to be at the top of his game in the emergency room. Outside of work, Ellison is dealing with the emotional effects of his daughter's death. With the loss of his daughter, Ellison suddenly finds redemption after he saves a young boy's life from a drive-by shooting. Gretchen (Szohr), a street-smart ER nurse, is caught in the middle when Ellison becomes involved in a gang war.

In an interview with The Wrap, Nix revealed the concept came about after volunteering at a hospital and witnessing a gang member break into his Echo Park home.

The Good Guys scribe continues, "The genesis of this show came from what would you do if you were placed in this situation ... kind of writing yourself into a corner and finding your way out. The thing about this show is it's scary as sh*t. What happens next?! I don't know, let's see."

According to Deadline, USA Network unveiled a new spot for its new scripted drama. The trailer made its debut at the NBCUniversal's upfront presentation.
