It's time to stop all the excuses, folks. With summer coming, the yearning to get a new figure is at the front of all our minds. But with so many workout tips out there, it's hard to find the right one that works for our body. Thankfully, MStars News has 7 workout moves that are proven to get you into that bikini body – including that toned butt – you've always wanted. Or, well, for the guys, we can try and grab that flat stomach we're always hearing about.

Health.com's contributing fitness editor Kristin McGee recently uploaded a video that displays seven moves that can be done in under 20 minutes – all of which get you "on your way to a tighter core, butt and thighs."
