Suge Knight has been having a hard time these days. He's up on murder charges for allegedly running down Terry Carter in a burger parking lot and it looks like he isn't the only one implicated in the case. Knight is now joined by Dr. Dre and Ice Cube on these murder charges.

Carter's family is the ones accusing Cube and Dre in this. According to them, the two producers of the new NWA movie are responsible for hiring known gang members to provide security in an area with heavy gang activity. It was a recipe for disaster.

Also being sued is the burger place itself, Tam's Burgers. The burger joint's parking lot has been home to a bunch of gang violence in the area and the family wondered why there wasn't any security.

The family's suit is seeking an unspecified amount of damages.

The incident took place back in January after Knight was accused of running down Carter. Witnesses say Dre and Cube were on the set that day. The altercation started after Knight was asked to leave the shooting of the film. A fight broke out between Knight and the two men who asked him to leave and when he reversed his car, Carter was hit.

Knight's attorney James Blatt claims the death of his friend was an accident.

"He was in the process of being physically assaulted by two men and in an effort to escape he unfortunately hit two (other) individuals," the lawyer told Fox News. "He was in his car trying to escape."

The two other victims were actors in the case. One was Cle "Bone" Sloan. Sloan was featured in Training Day and survived the altercation.

Do you think Dr. Dre and Ice Cube had any fault in the murder of Terry Carter.
