Kelly Osbourne might be getting a new life on reality TV. While the star recently quit Fashion Police, she is getting a glowing reference from someone super close to her to appear on a new talk show. It seems that Kel's mother, Sharon Osbourne, is hoping to share the spotlight with her daughter on her CBS series The Talk.

What better reference than your mother? We just wish our mother could help us out and get us a job on a talk show too – maybe Sharon can adopt us?

According to Radar Online, it seems that it could be bring your daughter to work everyday on The Talk, as a negotiation between producers and Sharon are underway.

"Sharon is tying to cut a deal with The Talk," an insider explained to the news site. "She wants to share the job with Kelly."

Sharon was just recently welcomed back to the cast of the show after taking some time off to recover after an undisclosed medical issue. NY Post reported that her co-hosted gave her a warm welcome, as she fought back tears thanking them for being so supportive during her absence.

"I want to thank everyone for being so, so supportive," the 62-year-old told the site. "You've all been amazing... my friends, my family and CBS has been so supportive to me. Thank you all for waiting for me."

Coming off the high of Sharon's return, this might be the perfect time for her to leverage the producers to give her daughter a job.

"[Kelly's] team- primarily her mom- is working hard to get Kelly her own show or a spot on The Talk," the source told Radar.
