'Agent Carter' Season 2: Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter, James D'Arcy's Jarvis Join 2015 SDCC!

After making her way from the blockbuster Captain America movies, Marvel's Agent Carter will be returning for Season 2 on ABC. Before the upcoming new season starts, Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) and her sidekick, Edwin Jarvis (James D'Arcy), are heading off to 2015 San Diego Comic-Con.

As we previously mentioned, ABC has greenlit a second season for Agent Carter and a third season for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. We were waiting to hear if the period drama will stay on as an 8 episode miniseries when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is on hiatus. On her official Twitter account, Attwell shared a snapshot, promising "new missions."

We also mentioned, the 10 episode arc follows, "Dedicated to the fight against new atomic age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet. But even as she discovers new friends, a new home - and perhaps even a new love - she's about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect."

According to Deadline, Marvel TV is returning to Comic Con with Marvel's Agent Carter on Friday, July 10. There will be a panel session from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM in Ballroom 20. The cast and producers of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Marvel's Agent Carter will be on stage to discuss their upcoming seasons.

Then on Saturday, July 11, there will be a cast signing event at10:00 AM at the Marvel Booth (#2329). The cast includes Hayley Atwell, James D'Arcy, with executive producers Tara Butters , Michele Fazekas, Chris Dingess, Louis D'Esposito, and Jeph Loeb.
