Jurassic World star Chris Pratt is 100% dedicated to keeping the trim look he's got going for him these days. The former Parks and Recreation star made a stunning transformation back when he appeared in the oh, so successful Guardians of the Galaxy film, and the look appears to be sticking around for quite some time. Which, of course, none of us are complaining about—especially his wife, Anna Faris. And in a recent interview, Pratt talks about his workout and diet, noting that he knows very well that he's "been fat" in the past.

Well, not anymore.

In speaking with Men's Health for their July issue, Pratt admits that he once had no idea how getting sharp physically on top of mentally would help him during a project.

"As an actor," he says, "I can't have proper mental prep without proper physical prep. Even though I knew it deep inside, it took me a long time to realize how getting physically sharp helps me get ready for other things in my life."

Six months no beer. #GOTG Kinda douchey to post this but my brother made me.

And, as we can all agree, it appears to be working out quite well for him. The actor is currently starring in Jurassic World, which has so far grossed over $1 billion worldwide, per a report from IMDB.
