On Tuesday night, Kim Kardashian got into some serious subjects during an event in San Francisco. Kardashian spoke about subjects such as gun control, feminism and whether the United States is ready to elect its first female president in Hillary Clinton. When asked by her interviewer, retired state judge LaDoris Cordell, how we can change the world her answer was "gun control."

In the interview Kim said that guns "scare" her:

"They scare me so much," she said. "I'm not the type to have them in my house – the security at the front of my house might but not in my house. I truly honestly believe we don't have strict enough gun control laws and it would change a lot."

When Kardashian was asked about whether she thinks Hillary Clinton will become the first female president of the United States she said "I hope so."

Kardashian was then asked about feminism. According to her, she doesn't consider herself one. "I guess people would call me a feminist," she said. "But I don't really like to put labels on things...I do what makes me feel comfortable, and I never say what I'm doing is the right thing."

Next in the interview, the wife to Kanye West talked about being stigmatized in the media. She said people confuse her persona on Keeping Up with the Kardashians with who she is as a whole. "I do, I think that people see this persona on my TV show, there are lots of us on it so I know they like to show all of the funny stuff," Kardashian said. "People think that's all there is to me. I think there is a stigma but I'm focused and I do what I have to get done. I really don't care like I used to."
