A former Miss Nevada USA contestant has made a return to the news. The first time the world was introduced to Katie Rees she was stripped of her Miss Nevada USA title in 2007 by Donald Trump. That was after some pictures someone took of her showing her breasts and pulling down her pants at a nightclub surfaced. A year later, she was charged with resisting arrest and then in 2012, she was arrested for drug possession. Now, the former Miss Nevada has been arrested for Meth trafficking and is facing four felony charges for it.

Reese, now 30, has been charged with trafficking a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance and two counts of conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substances act. The charges were filed on Monday after she sold meth to someone by the name of "J. Peacock" in September. Before being apprehended, a $50,000 warrant was issued for Rees' arrest.

Rees and run-ins with the law over drugs seem to happen wherever she goes. In 2009, during a trip to Sydney, Australia, she appeared on Border Security: Australia's Frontline. Authorities there stopped her because they found traces of coke and meth on her Louis Vuitton bag. She gave a simple explanation to that.

"I'm from Las Vegas, so you never know what the heck's going to be around out there," Rees said after being stopped by Australian police. "And I thank gosh I don't have anything on me, because I don't do any sort of illegal activity, but Las Vegas apparently does."

Rees was not arrested for that particular incident. There weren't enough drugs on her that were arrest-worthy.

Now that authorities have apprehended Rees, do you think she should go to jail or should she be sent to a rehab for help?
