Backstreet Boy star Nick Carter is being sued by the bouncer he allegedly tried to choke and hit at the Hog's Breath Saloon in Florida earlier this month. Model Stephanie Seymour was arrested for DUI on Friday evening by Connecticut State Police after allegedly driving drunk and backing into another vehicle at a stop sign. Indian Police from Haryana state arrested comedian Kiku Sharda from Mumbai following the complaint that he mimicked spiritual leader, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh and made fun of his followers. Dustin Diamond has reported to jail in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. The 39-year-old, who played the perennial nerd, Screech, on "Saved by the Bell" and its later spin-offs, was sentenced to four months after being found guilty of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct, two misdemeanors that each carry a 60-day sentence. He was found not guilty of the felony charge of reckless endangerment which could have landed him in prison for 10 years. Read More »

Lindsay Lohan's 55-year-old father is accused of choking and slapping estranged wife Kate Major, as well as slapping their son. Major reportedly took a video as evidence to have Lohan arrested for battery. The 55-year-old is accused of choking Kate Major in October and slapping their son in the face.Major taped the incident, and that police used the footage to charge Michael Lohan with battery.
