the 2014/2015 Barclays Premier League champions, Chelsea FC are slowly but surely constructing yet another incredible squad for the upcoming 2015/2016 season fixtures, with a new addition confirmed this week. After Radamel Falcao and Nathan completed transfers after plenty of rumors, news broke this week that Bosnia-Hercegovina international goalie Asmir Begovic has signed a four-year deal with the squad, leaving Stoke City. The 28-year-old player has been talking to the media about this news, and has shared his excitement over playing with the rest of the team and working with manager Jose Mourinho. "This is one of the best clubs in the world and it's a dream for me to sign," the excited goalkeeper told the team's official website in a new interview. "Once I knew Chelsea were interested, and after speaking to Jose Mourinho at length, I knew this was where I wanted to be. It feels amazing and I'm absolutely thrilled [...] This was always my preferred destination. Leaving Stoke was difficult because I had some great times and shared some great memories with the people there. I really enjoyed being part of that club but I'm just glad everything worked out and that I'm here now and ready to go."

According to new reports, Begovic will wear number 1 while returning keeper Thibaut Courtois will remain as number 13. Also, Falcao is set to wear number 9, which used to belong to Fernando Torres. Hopefully the scoring curse that Torres suffered during his stint at Chelsea doesn't land on Falcao's shoulders!
