MStars News has learned that "Stoner" rapper Young Thug was arrested by the U.S Marshals on Wednesday after allegedly threatening to kill a mall cop.

According to TMZ, when Thug was asked to leave the a Georgia mall for unclear reasons, the rapper decided to use threatening words against the mall cop. Law enforcement officials claim that security guards escorted the rapper outside of the mall and that's when he threatened to shoot one of them in the face.

Thug's violent warning happened some time last week, but he was finally arrested this week when U.S. Marshals tracked him down at his Atlanta, Georgia home.

"Investigators say the 23-year-old rapper threatened to shoot Christoper May in the face back on July 7. May is a security officer at Perimeter Mall." Fox Atlanta reported. "He told officers that Williams threatened him while he was escorting him out of the mall and asking him to leave the property. The incident happened around 5 p.m."

Following the threat, "official" police officers were asked to step in. Thug fled the mall before the cops arrived which resulted in a warrant for his arrest.

The rapper is currently sitting in Dekalb County Jail.

This isn't the first time Jerrika Karlae's man has been in trouble with the law. According to AJC, Thug was arrested earlier this year for "driving erratically in his car with drugs."

Thug, whose real name is Jeffery L. Williams, was booked at the Fulton County jail at that time, where he was charged with "possession of a controlled substance, driving in a circular or zig-zag course, or 'laying drags,' reckless conduct and reckless driving."

At that time, Thug was held on a $2,450 bond, jail records revealed.
