He might have been the ultimate Hollywood bachelor for the last couple of decades, but it looks like this heartthrob is trading in the title for... diaper duty? That's right, while George Clooney has previously explained that having kids isn't a huge priority to him, since getting married to Amal Alamuddin his attitude has changed. The stars, who got married last September, have decided that they want to add a little baby Clooney to the family, and we couldn't be more excited for them.

According to Us Weekly, the 54-year-old A-lister feels that it is the perfect time because neither one of them are too busy at the moment.

"They decided that it would be the right time," an insider explained to the site. "Amal isn't taking on extra work at the moment and just continued with the cases she has."

Another clue into the baby news is that the couple has been working hard on the construction of their English countryside house, which includes a nursery.

"The building plans include a nursery," a source revealed of the 9,000 sq. ft. mansion, which also includes nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The couple could be moving forward with the baby plans sooner then expected, as their house is expected to be completed by Christmas time.

So why the sudden change of heart? Well George says that he is extremely fond of the relationships that he and Amal's friends have with their children.

The two have even visited a fertility clinic, according to New York Daily News, as "this is something they really want. George is ready for this step and he thinks that Amal will be a great mother," the source stated.

In the below clip, George Clooney talks about not wanting kids just a few months ago. What a difference a couple weeks can make:
