Paper Towns star Cara Delevingne is taking Hollywood by storm with her new acting career. Not only is she incredibly talented and starring in a collection of movies (Tulip Fever, London Fields, Kids in Love, Suicide Squad, Pan and Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets; just to name a few) released in the next year or so, but the runway model speaks out about the business and her all-time dream of becoming a serious actress. Find out what our favorite Instagram and Twitter user has to say below!

Not only is Delevingne a fresh look and talent, but her attitude is commendable. Unlike other young starlets, she owns up to her mistakes and promotes a healthy lifestyle. She describes to The New York Times that modeling was like the lemon effect. "I'll pick you up, squeeze everything I can out of you and throw you away for the next one." Delevingne's modeling career had taken its toll on her due to stress and exhaustion; she developed psoriasis all over her body. She also mentioned to The New York Times her first scandal where paparazzi snapped a shot of her dropping a baggie full of a powdery white substance on her stoop and what a slap in the face that was. That's when she realized she would have to redirect her life.

One of the most popular projects she's filming right now is David Ayer's DC Comics movie adaptation Suicide Squad, where she plays the evil Enchantress, to be released in 2016. Delevingne discusses her acting tricks to get into her "supervillian" character. "I'll be in a group of people, thinking as this evil, twisted woman, of people exploding, or cutting them up...it works." Delevingne clearly loves the process and described her acting studies with "this Russian man who was a student of a student of Stanislavsky" as therapy. She now can completely leave her modeling career behind and focus on her acting full-time now that she parted ways with Storm Modeling Agency just this month.

She doesn't want to be seen as the dumb blond model or "the girl who gets killed." She got especial flack for her appearance when she was cast in Paper Towns because the character, Margo, is described as curvy. However, her worst rejection for a film was when she lost out on the opportunity to play Alice in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland (2010) to actress Mia Wasikowska. She told The Hollywood Reporter. "I didn't get over it for three years."

Delevingne is not only an up-and-coming actor, but she is available to her millions of fans via Twitter and Instagram! Keep your eyes peeled for Delevingne in the slew of projects she's involved in, including the exciting and dark Suicide Squad! Check out the latest trailer below.
