49ers vs. Falcons Watch and Listen Online LIVE STREAM: NFL NFC Conference Championship Live Feed and Coverage

The San Francisco 49ers vs. the Atlanta Falcons battle it out on the turf at Georgia Dome on Sunday, Jan. 20 at 3:00 p.m. E.T. to kick-off the NFL post season's NFC Conference Championship weekend. The winner of this game will go on to play in the XLVII Super Bowl in New Orleans against either the New England Patriots or Baltimore Ravens. The 49ers ended the 2012 regular season at the no 3 spot in ESPN's power rankings with 11 wins, one tie, and four losses... San Fran clinched the NFC West Division and defeated the Green Bay Packers (45-31) last weekend in the NFC Divisional playoffs. The Falcons snagged the no 2 overall spot with 1 wins and only three losses and managed to clinch the NFC South Division. Atlanta defeated the Seattle Seahawks (30-28) last weekend in the NFC Divisional playoffs.

Atlanta (the no 1 seed)  will host the NFC's no 2 Seed (49ers) in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday. It will be the first time in franchise history the Falcons have hosted a conference championship game. 

The Baltimore Ravens take on the New England Patriots on Sunday, Jan. 20 at 6:30 p.m. to determine the AFC champs.

The game will be broadcasted live on FOX, but fans can also listen in on the radio at 107.7 'The Bone,' 680 KNBR 790 The Zone, and 104.9 WCCP or on Sirius Radio channels 86/92.
