The first extended look at season two of HBO's hit series The Leftovers premiered this week in the form of a new trailer full of new details, characters and mysteries. Last year, we watched the thrilling first season and learned more about the Garvey family and the small town they lived in after a strange occurrence took place around the world in which two per-cent of Earth's population suddenly disappeared. In the first look at the upcoming 2015 episodes, we see star Justin Theroux and others have relocated to a town in Texas named Miracle. The name is clearly misleading. Watch this new trailer below!

This new season includes new and returning cast members like Amy Brenneman, Christopher Eccleston, Liv Tyler, Carrie Coon, Ann Dowd, Margaret Qualley, Chris Zylka, Regina King, Kevin Carroll, Jovan Adepo and Janel Moloney.

In this trailer, we learn that Kevin, his girlfriend Nora, and his daughter Jill decide to leave Mapleton for Miracle, which apparently had zero departures during the international phenomenon. It looks like Matt Jamison (Eccleston) was the one that told them about Miracle, but is the town as lucky as the name would have you think?

The trailer is long and full of mysterious teasers, but we know for sure that not everything goes smoothly for this "lucky" town. Will we see more of Kevin's demons arise even though he's far away from Mapleton and his past transgressions? Will Nora have another meltdown?

There are way too many questions heading into the second season, and we already know that plenty more will arise.
