The Season 5 of Suits continues on USA Network with an all-new episode. In Episode 8, will lawyers Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) have accept Mea Culpa due to the fallout from Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) and Claire (Troian Bellisario)?

While Harvey discusses what happened to his therapist Dr Agard (Christina Cole), Louis tells Jessica (Gina Torres) that he wants to sue the firm's golden boy. Mike suddenly recognizes Claire when she pops up at the hallway. Unfortunately, Rachel (Meghan Markle) has to deal with the meeting with Claire by herself.

Rachel has to lie about Mike's age because Claire remembers the name. Mike reveals he once went out with Claire when he used to be a bike messenger. Harvey shows up at Louis' office and tries to apologize, revealing he has been seeing a psychiatrist for his panic attacks. Louis realizes the panic attacks were triggered since Donna left.

After Louis accepts his apology, he stops the suspension with Harvey. Mike has to admit to Jessica what happened and keep Jack Soloff (John Pyper Ferguson) from finding out. During the meeting, after Jessica nominates Mike as junior partner, Louis betrays Harvey's trust.

While Claire and Megan are in the midst of an argument, Jessica breaks up Harvey and Mike's confrontation. Jessica admit she does not stand with Louis on his disagreement. The problems arise between Mike and Rachel, who had to cover for him.

Donna tells Louis that he went too far in the meeting. Even though Donna is not taking sides, she is disappointed with how Louis blindsided Harvey. He used Louis used Mike's promotion to lure Harvey out into the open and get Jack to side with him. Though Donna says he will lose her, Louis knows he will lose credibility with the partners if he changes his story,

Knowing the voting period is coming, Harvey approaches Jack, who has been influenced by Daniel Hardman. Knowing the vote could go either way, Jack advises him that he needs to humble himself. The partners would love to see him knocked down a peg.

Knowing she was the cause of one blunder after another, Rachel had to take charge of Mike's case. Because neither of them did hide the truth, Rachel had to take care of it by herself. Rachel talked to Claire, convincing her not to press formal charges with the District Attorney for fraud.

Mike though wanted to know why Claire backed down in the end. After approaching her, Mike asked her why she didn't reveal what she knew. Claire said she didn't want to be the one to bust the bubble for Rachel. Claire warns Mike that it will happen one day.
