WWE taped the August 13, 2015 edition of Thursday Night SmackDown from Portland, Oregon, and the show continued to build to SummerSlam in 10 days, so let's get to the spoilers.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins opens the show with a promo and dares United States Champion John Cena to accept his challenge for the title vs. title match at SummerSlam despite the fact that WWE has already announced the match. Neville interrupts, followed by Cesaro. Kevin Owens then comes in and attacks the Swiss Superman while Rollins goes after Neville. This, of course, sets up a tag team main event.

Charlotte defeats Naomi in a one-on-one contest.

Ryback cuts a promo on Big Show and The Miz, but Bo Dallas emerges and says he deserves a shot at the Intercontinental Championship. Ryback promptly flattens him.

Roman Reigns defeats Luke Harper by disqualification when Bray Wyatt interferes.

The Prime Time Players defeat The New Day.

Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens defeat Cesaro and Neville in the main event.

Mark Henry and The Prime Time Players defeat The New Day when Mark Henry pins Kofi Kingston following a World's Strongest Slam.

Team B.A.D. defeats The Submission Sorority when Naomi pins Charlotte. It started as a singles match between the two women but turned into a six-woman tag team match after interference.
