Hilary Duff Dating Rumors: 'Sparks' Songstress Gets Cozy with Trainer Jason Walsh

Just last week, Hilary Duff seemed to be having the time of her life supporting personal trainer Jason Walsh at the opening of his new Rise Nation Fitness Studio! The "Sparks" songstress is now the subject of new dating rumors!

JustJared reports, "Other stars who stepped out to show their support included Ashley Tisdale, Lily Collins, and Eli Roth with his wife Lorenza Izzo." Even Tisdale posted to Instagram about the honored trainer saying, "So proud of my trainer @risemovement and his launch of @risenation. This class will kick your ass! Check it out!" JustJared reports.

There were many party-goers who were having a great time in support of a talented man, but from what some inside sources said to Us Weekly, Duff was having the most fun. "Duff seemed smitten as she hung out with Walsh. 'They were very touchy and flirty,' the source tells Us. 'It seemed like a date night.' At one point in the evening, the eyewitness adds that Walsh escorted Duff to the bathroom 'very gentleman-like.'" Duff's rep combated these comments saying that Walsh and the actress/singer are merely friends, but it doesn't disprove that they clearly make each other very happy. In fact, the two were having such a great time that they decided to head out of the opening together and "held their own after party at the Warwick [C]lub on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. The friends were spotted leaving the late night haunt separately with Duff smiling and waving before getting into the back of a waiting car on Friday," Daily Mail says.

Whether it was a date night or a night out with a great friend, after her divorce was officially filed with Mike Comrie, it seems like such an enjoyable change of pace for Duff. Although she had been tiptoeing around the issue of divorce with her and Comrie, the news became official back in February that the two would indeed be getting a divorce. She also filed for full physical custody of their son, Luca,2. Due to Comrie's partying and drinking lifestyle, she feared what kind of an effect that would have on their son. TMZ also notes that "it's NOT a coincidence Duff filed her docs a day after the Daily Mail reported Mike was drunkenly propositioning women at Mastro's [S]teakhouse in Bev Hills."

Duff is moving on to better things and regardless of whether Walsh is a friend or something more, she deserves to be happy and support a healthy cause.
