Hilary Duff Spotted With Gym Owner Jason Walsh, Dating Again After Mike Comrie Split?

Is this what dreams are made of, or is this more of a Cinderella story for Hilary Duff? The former Disney starlet might have just gone through a divorce from her husband Mike Cormie, but the rumors are that she is putting some space between her and her ex and is ready to focus on her future, the future of her love life that is. The 27-year-old starlet is riding high on a year of success, as she just released her new album, Breathe In, Breathe Out, and starred in the TVLane series Younger, yet her new alleged beau, gym owner and trainer Jason Walsh might be the juiciest thing to happen to the former Lizzie McGuire star all year.  Is she dating again?

The two were spotted hanging out, and cozying up to one another over the weekend in West Hollywood. The rumored couple hit up the opening party for Walsh's new gym, Rise Nation, where they couldn't help but ham it up on the red carpet, according to Perez Hilton.

The pair beamed from ear-to-ear as they posed for pictures on the carpet together, with Walsh even striking a booty out pose,

An eyewitness told Us Weekly that the two seemed very smitten with each other at the nightclub, reporting that they were reportedly all over each other.

"They were very touchy and flirty," an insider explained to the news site. "It seemed like a date night." The source also added that the trainer was even acting "very gentleman-like" throughout the evening, and escorted Duff to the bathroom at one point.  The site is also reporting that earlier this summer the duo grabbed dinner together at Zinque.

However, despite how happy the two look in the photographs it seems that they are merely friends, according to a rep for the actress.
