Kim Kardashian Divorce Causing Pregnant Stress, Kris Humprhires Asking For Raw Footage Of 'KUWTK' Episodes To Prove Fraud

Kim Kardashian's baby may be at risk from all the stress she is getting form her divorce with Kris Humphries. The NBA athlete is delaying his divorce with the reality star and is asking for raw footage from the "Keeping up with the Kardashian" show to turned over from Ryan Seacrest Productions, E! Entertainment Productions, and Bunim-Murray Productions but none have been turned over.

According to TMZ, Kardashian called her doctor to come to her house because she was having severe pains. The doctor examined her and told her it may be caused from stress. After her meeting with her lawyer, Laura Wasser, her pains began to intensify.

As Humphries continues to push claims that he was duped into marrying the reality star, he wants to prove that she only exchanged vows with the New York Nets player for lucrative financial commitments that were apart of the wedding special that aired on E!.

Humphries lawyer, Marshall Waller claims that Kardashian is using her unplanned pregnancy to speed up the divorce process, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

A footnote after the word pregnancy it reads: "Indeed, why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"
