Rita Ora broke her silence on splitting from Calvin Harris last year, and revealed the reason for the break-up with Taylor Swift's new boyfriend. Before the “Bad Blood” pop star sparked up her current relationship with the EDM producer, Ora was heavily involved with Harris from 2013-2014. In a new interview with Marie Claire UK, the “Body On Me” singer finally spoke out on why the two split, and she decided to move on.

"There was a reason why I split up with him ... It was more of a thing where I was in awe. I was at that point in my relationship where I felt he could do no wrong. I thought he had my back and that he’d never steer me wrong. But then 'I Will Never Let You Down' came out, and everything started to go a bit weird. I don’t know if it was because business was mixed with personal or what,” she told the magazine of their relationship’s demise.

Harris and Ora split back in June of 2014, where the two seemed to breakup on mutual terms. The EDM musician said that he wished her “all the best” when their split was announced, and the two implied that their hectic schedules were majority of the reason for why they couldn’t keep up with their relationship any longer.

Ora later revealed in an interview with Glamour U.K. that the break up was very difficult for her. "I'm gonna tell you the truth: I'm not doing too great. But, I'm doing better than I thought. I adore him and he's such an amazing human being. It was more about the situation. It was inconvenient. It sucks. It wasn't about 'us.' It was about the world we live in,” she said of their separation.

Harris is currently making headlines for his brand new relationship with T-Swift.
