'KUWTK' Rob Kardashian Weight Loss, Over 15 Pounds So Far

Rob Kardashian is getting ready for his close-up again. The brother of Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney has taken a backseat recently as he maintains his privacy out of the public spotlight while his famous family continues to cash in on their success. However, Rob has decided that come season 11 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK) that he wants to take a starring role, and to do so he has decided to get his weight under control. The star has been battling with his weight gain and depression for a couple years now, but it seems that the incentive of being on the show again has finally gotten him in gear to shed some of his extra poundage.  Rob has already made a great start and lost over 15 pounds.

It is being reported by Us Weekly that the sock designer has started to get in shape so that he could cash in on the huge paycheck that his appearance on the reality show would give him.

"He's not getting paid if he doesn't film," an insider explained to the news site. "He has a $2 million-a-year contract. He realized he couldn't give up this huge opportunity."

The star, who gained a reported 100 pounds over the last year, has enlisted the help of trainer Gunnar Peterson, and according to Hollywood Life he has "already lost more than 15 pounds."

"Rob has been sticking to the plan Gunnar created for him, and is getting meal delivery from a chef," a source explained.

In addition to that, the star is already getting comfortable in front of the camera again, as he took to his Instagram account to post a picture of his slimmed-down figure. Followers got a quick glimpse of the star's progress in a shot that he captioned, "Gnight."
