'Punk Rock Jesus' Artist Sean Murphy's New York Barnes & Noble Signing For 2015 Batman Day!

DC Entertainment is planning a huge celebration for their pop culture icon known as The Dark Knight. Known his the critically acclaimed Punk Rock Jesus graphic novel, artist Sean Murphy will have a special Barnes & Noble signing in New York for Batman Day 2015.

As we previously mentioned, "Batman Day" is back by popular demand. September 26, 2015 kicks off the annual event, which will honor the most popular DC Comics hero. Celebrating all things Batman, comic book stores, libraries and bookstores have many opportunities for meet-and-greets your favorite talent, which includes Jim Lee, Grant Morrison, Scott Snyder, David Finch, Brian Azzarello, Cameron Stewart, Pat Gleason, Dustin Nguyen, Tim Seeley, and Tom King; and this is just the beginning of the list!

According to the official Barnes and Noble website, The Wake artist will be at the bookstore for the celebration as well as for a special Q&A about comic book illustration and the must-have Batman: Black And White Volume 4. The Q&A will be followed by a signing (only one personal item please; don't be a hogger). Everyone in attendance though will receive a FREE copy of Batman: Endgame Special Edition #1.

We also mentioned, variant covers of the free comic Batman: Endgame Special Edition #1. One of the covers is drawn by artist David Finch (for Best Buy) and the other is illustrated by Dan Panosian (for iTunes). There will be new covers as well drawn by Jason Fabok and Jim Lee. Each free copy has an 8 page preview of the highly anticipated Batman and Robin Eternal.
