A.K.A. 'Jessica Jones' Promo: Krysten Ritter's Netflix Teaser Sets November Premiere Date!

With production of Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil underway, Netflix has released its first promo for Marvel's Jessica Jones (Originally titled A.K.A. Jessica Jones). Watch the teaser and get ready to meet Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) during her November premiere date.

As we previously mentioned, Jessica Jones (Ritter) suffers from post-traumatic stress due to her superhero days. After giving up on her costumed lifestyle, Jones becomes the sole owner of Alias Private Investigations. The Netflix series follows the super-powered private eye as she investigates cases of the extraordinary kind.

Before getting his own series, Luke Cage will first appear in an episode of Marvel's Jessica Jones. During an investigation in New York City, the super-powered private investigator (played by Ritter) will encounter the enigmatic superhero. His secrets will dramatically alter Jessica in ways she could never have imagined.

According to TV Line, a stylish teaser video was released from Marvel. The trailer announces the Netflix premiere date, which release all 13 episodes for your binge-watching purposes. Get ready to meet the cast and their comic book alter-egos In November.

The cast includes David Tennant (Kilgrave), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss (Harper) and Eka Darville (Malcolm). The Netflix series promises to be a "suspenseful, edgy look into the life of ... one of the most popular new Marvel characters of the last decade, as she faces demons from within and without."

As we previously before, first introduced on Marvel's Daredevil, Rosario Dawson's Claire Temple, aka Night Nurse also is set to appear in the second Marvel series. After Marvel's Jessica Jones, Dawson's Temple will then move on and show up on Marvel's Luke Cage, where she may end up becoming a romantic interest, like in the comics.
