We know that we aren't the only ones that have been waiting around to be able to pre-order tickets to the midnight showing of Fifty Shades Darker, right? We just can't get enough of the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise and when star of the series, Dakota Johnson, was a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this week, you better believe that we tuned in for it. The star was a guest on the Friday, September 18 show, and she gave some spoilers to Ellen about when the sequel will be filming and if her parents, Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, have watched the racy movie yet.

The actress was on the talk show to promote her new film, Black Mass, according to Us Weekly, but it seems that the comedienne host, like the rest of the world, is fixated on Fifty Shades, and focused on the flick.

In the clip that the Ellen show posted to their YouTube account, the hostess got down to the nitty-gritty with Johnson, asking if she ever has any weird fan interactions since the BDSM film premiered.

"Well, sometimes, people just say things that are a little bit awkward for me," Johnson told the hostess. "Like, I was in a cab recently, and the driver was like, 'My wife and I, we saw your film. We really liked it.' And he goes, '...I thought there could be more sex.'"

We previously reported that Johnson was forbidding her parents from seeing the steamy flick and we wonder if they kept their end of the deal. The starlet said, "nobody in my family," has seen the film, and she intends to keep it that way, as she answer Ellen's question with a slight blush.

As for some scoop on the sequel, Johnson says that production on the next installment is expected to start sometime next year, with a tentative release date of February 2017.
