Momma Dee Arrested For Birthday "Dine & Dash" On Her Birthday! Mugshot Photos!

Momma Dee had a wild weekend! MStars News has learned that the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star was arrested in Milwaukee, Wis. for a "dine & dash." According to Us Magazine, Lil Scrappy's mother actually smiled for the camera in her mugshot. The snapshot below shows Momma Dee, whose real is Deborah Bryant, smiling after being slapped with handcuffs.

The reality star had been out with friends celebrating her birthday when the bill came back to the table at $500. When no one coughed up their money to pay their part, Momma Dee and the party left the restaurant without paying a dime. She was charged with "fraud on inn keeper nonpayment."

It's unclear if her so-called friends that left her hanging were arrested as well after the incident, but Momma Dee did post bail at $250, and was released.

The VH1 star was celebrating her birthday with friends at the restaurant when her bill for $500 came and allegedly no one wanted to pay.

Momma Dee was held in jail for a few hours and later released after posting her $250 bail. Later, Momma Dee claimed the arrest was a misunderstanding.

In a statement to TMZ, Momma Dee claimed that she was going to pay for the bill but didn't get around to it. Scrappy's mother claimed that she was in the bathroom when the check came and everyone in her party walked out of the building.

Momma Dee claims that it was in-fact her birthday, but this dinner was just a friendly invite to enjoy a meal. The reality TV star claims she was approached by restaurant managers and police after she came out of the bathroom who accused her of dining and ditching.

Despite all of the drama, the reality star said that she was willing to pay her part of the check; but when she refused to pay the tab for the other guests that were at her table, she was arrested.
