Kim Kardashian recently opened up and talked baby names, discussing her future son's potential name with Ellen DeGeneres. The 34-year-old entrepreneur sat down with the talk show host and dished on a slew of topics, including possible baby names for her son, who is due on Christmas Day this year, as well as Kanye West announcing he is running for President in 2020.

When addressed about deciding on the perfect name for North West's future little brother, who Kardashian says is unnamed right now, DeGeneres chimed in her own thoughts on what he should be called. From suggesting “Mid,” she then brought up “Easton,” which social media has already been suggesting, and to everyone’s surprise, Kardashian shared that she does like the name for her son. Although she likes the sound of Easton West, she believes that her husband will not be on board with it.

Even though the two are planning on discussing baby names next month, when Kim will hit the 8 months pregnant mark, she did reveal that there are some things that they don’t discuss beforehand.

During the interview, Kardashian talks about :Ye’s announcement at the MTV VMA’s last month," when he stated that he plans to run for President in 2020. This shocked the world, but mostly, it shocked Kardashian. The reality star revealed that she had no idea her husband was making that announcement that evening, or even had real plans to run for office in the future.

"That was news to me," she revealed to DeGeneres. "I believe he is serious and I know that if he puts his mind to something he'll do his best. And he will. It's been fascinating just hearing all of the conversations that have gone on since that announcement. I don't know if that was planned and I just didn't know about it or if he came up with that idea right then and there...That was a fun night and I'm looking forward to what's to come,” she explained of the decision.
