Keeping Up With the Kardashians has been missing a key member of the reality TV family for a few seasons now, but it looks like prodigal son, Rob Kardashian, is about to make his return to the E! series in a big way... or should we say, skinnier way. The star has been staying away from the Hollywood spotlight for the better part of the last couple of years, as he has been dealing with depression and his weight gain. However, now that the star has gotten his health issues under control and has gone through a weight loss makeover, he is thinking that he is ready to take the reality TV world by storm again, and is getting a big six-figure payday to do so.

We previously reported that a huge motivation for the star, and brother to Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe, to come back to the series, was the huge six-figure payout he would get for the appearance. While it was unclear how much he would be getting, Radar Online is reporting that his salary will be to the sound of a cool half a million dollars.

It seems as though Rob is finally in a state to rejoin his family on the small screen.

"Rob has finally got serious about his fitness, and most importantly, dealing with his mental health issues," an insider explained to the news site. "Once he made progress with a psychotherapist, Rob decided to begin exercising."

As for how he lost the weight, Ok! magazine explained that is it all about him being more conscious of his eating habits.

"Watching what he is eating made a huge difference, and Rob has quickly dropped 25 pounds," an insider explained.

Not only that but it seems that his whole family is happy for the change in Rob, as the site reported, "Kris [Jenner] is thrilled because frankly, for her, constantly being asked how he was doing was getting embarrassing!"
