DeflateGate is never-ending as the appeal against Tom Brady of the New England Patriots suspension ruling may begin during the week of the 2016 Super Bowl.

As reported by Sports Grid, on Tuesday, Sept. 29, a federal appeals court approved an NFL and NFL Players Association request to expedite the Second Circuit appeal of the lower court judgment (U.S. District Court, Judge Richard M. Berman's decision) that withdrew Tom Brady's four-game suspension.

According to CBS Sports, the decision orders the NFL to file its opening brief by Oct. 26, Bradys attorney and the NFLPA will have to answer by Dec. 7, while the NFL who gets the last word, has until Dec. 21 to reply. Therefore, the appeal will be heard as early as the week of Feb. 1, which happens to be the same week as Super Bowl XLX.

According to ESPN, the NFL's wild-card playoffs begin Jan. 9, 2016. The AFC and NFC Championship Games are set for Jan. 24. The Super Bowl is scheduled for Feb. 7.

Although the original suspension was intended to keep him from lining up behind center for the first four games of this season, at least the ruling definitely guarantees that Brady will be able to play the entire regular season through the Conference Championship. Now, even though Brady probably won't be missing any games during the 2015 season, the topic of DeflateGate will continue to be talked about throughout the season.

The New England Patriots have played 3 games so far in the regular season, all of which Tom Brady has luckily been a part of, and they currently stand 3-0. If they keep this standing up, they may just wind up playing in next year's Super Bowl again! If the Patriots do end up playing in Super Bowl 50, Brady definitely won't be able to escape the DeflateGate discussion then.
