We mentioned two top-tier quarterbacks in our introduction paragraph that will surely be missed on your Fantasy lineups if you have them. Brees was questionable headed into week four, but he did play. Unfortunately, it could've been a mistake to have him play. Monitor his recovery but play him if he starts. Also, look for a solid QB2 in the coming weeks, just in case.

Luck had to sit out this game this week, which could've come as a surprise for week one Fantasy owners. The Colts play Thursday Night Football this week, so make sure to monitor Brees up until you have to make a decision. If he plays, he should be considered a starter, according to reports.

Dallas running back Lance Dunbar also made the injury report this week, with more details coming early in week five on whether or not he'll suit up.

Other important names on this list include Steve Johnson, Marshawn Lynch, LeSean McCoy, Malcolm Floyd, and more.

Stand out players in week four included the recently returned Todd Gurley, who we're sure will get picked up from the waiver wire or, if you were holding onto him since earlier in the season, get off the bench for once!

Meanwhile, you were probably disappointed by Odell Beckham Jr., Randall Cobb, Tavis Kelce and CJ Anderson this week. Will you drop them or hope for a better week 5 performance?
