Pharrell Williams has finally launched his children's book, as the hip-hop star introduced his new Happy book in an adorable promo video. The Grammy Award-winning artist is accompanied by a bunch of cute kids of varying ages in the video, where he asks them what they like, and why they may have a passion for reading. From loving planets and space to ice cream, the kids’ answers are certainly enough to make you smile from ear-to-ear for the rest of the day.

Williams talks all about the inspiration behind the children’s book, which is named after his smash hit single, and posted the promo video to his i am Other page, which encourages people to embrace how different they may be from society standards.

“I love what I do and am grateful to all the people who felt that Happy resonated with them. My hope is that this book inspires a child’s imagination and creativity and that it teaches the importance of being happy and true to yourself,” the super producer said in a statement from the launch of the book.

On top of kids being able to read the Happy book, social media users can get heavily involved in a great cause connected to the book’s release. Everytime a user on social media uses the #ReadHAPPY hashtag, a book will be donated to a child through the First Book nonprofit group, who has partnered with Williams for his release.

The book has officially been released as of today, and is being sold on Amazon for $10.99, which you can check out here.

Williams has seen great success with his song, “Happy,” as the track has been the center of inspiration for many school groups across the globe, who have put on performances in videos that have gone viral on the web. The song was also nominated for an Academy Award in 2014 after it was featured on the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack.
