Chelsea O'Donnell Claims Mom, Rosie O'Donnell Kicked Her Out: "She Told Me To Leave"

 #RosieODonnell posted a note on her website Tuesday saying that her 17yr. old #daughter, #ChelseaODonnell is #missing and was last seen Aug. 11 in #NewYork with her dog, a black terrier named Bear. 18-year-old Chelsea O'Donnell claims that her mom, The View host and comedian Rosie O'Donnell, kicked her out and told her to leave when the world believed that she had run away. In her first interview since returning home, Chelsea revealed why she left the O'Donnell home in South Nyack, New York, back in August 2015 right before her 18th birthday.

"She told me to leave and take my dog," the young woman stated. "I find her not genuine a lot of the time. When we'd go out, she was a completely different person in public than at home and I had a hard time with that. It's like two different people."

MStars News previously reported that a worried Rosie wanted the public's help in finding her daughter. The host and comedian sent a series of tweets asking for help when her daughter didn't return home a week after she had left.

"Chelsea, like millions of people, lives with mental illness. It has been a difficult road for Chelsea and her family and they just want her back safe," Cindi Berger, a spokeswoman for the family previously stated. "I wouldn't say I'm mentally ill - I would say lots of people struggle with what I have," the adopted daughter of Rosie said.

According to WGN TV,  Chelsea clamined that her mother was "phony," and admitted that Rosie smoked weed. Chelsea said that Rosie would "lock herself away in an 'arts and crafts house' to paint, blast Madonna on the stereo and smoke weed."

The 53-year-old comedian's daughter also claimed that her mother left The View because she didn't get along with her co-host, Whoopi Goldberg.

Chelsea also said the reason why she was kicked out of the O'Donnell house was because she tried to have a relationship with her birth mother. Chelsea said that she was raised by nannies most of her life, and had to attend boarding school at the age of 13.
