If Kanye West is seriously thinking about running for President of the United States, then GOD HELP US current President Barack Obama has some words of advice for Yeezy. During a recent fundraiser, Obama poked a little bit of fun at the nature of politics, and even brought up West's recent running for president speech at the 2015 MTV VMAs, but we can't help but think: wait, did Obama kind of slam Keeping Up with the Kardashians in the process?

It all went down during a fundraiser on the west coast, which just so happened to also house an appearance from the famed rapper and husband to Kim Kardashian. During Obama's speech, he noted that he does have "some advice for him" should he decide to run.

"Just some stuff I picked up on the way," he said.

Obama then noted that if West is seriously considering a run, he's "got to spend a lot of time dealing with some strange characters who behave like they're on a reality TV show."

And believe it or not, there may even be a crazed family member or two... or three.

Obama urged West that he must be "cool with that" if he is looking to run the country.

Of course, while Obama was joking with West, he did say that he's not sure the country is "going to elect a black guy from the South Side of Chicago with a funny name to be president of the Unites States."

Oh wait... we get it.

Take a look at the speech below:

West announced his plan to run at the VMAs last month, and has quickly been making headlines ever since. Will it happen? Well, let's hope not we guess we'll have to see.
