Real Housewives of Orange County just aired the first part of their explosive reunion, but the hottest topic from the season is still whether Vicki Gunvalson's ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers has cancer or not. The Bravo star apparently still believes the Mississippi native as well as taking shots at costars Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador in the process.

"I was never in on a fictitious lie," the "OG of the OC" told Radar Online. "If I physically saw medical records, if I saw him being physically sick then I'm going to believe him."

With all of the discrepancies revealed in Brooks's cancer story this season, mostly by her castmates, Vicki still thinks her former beau is telling the truth about his illness.

"Nobody has given me a reason not to believe him except bits and pieces of information," she said. "Nobody has given me a document that says he doesn't have cancer so I'm going to believe him until I see that for my own eyes."

In a shocking scene on the hit reality series, Tamra brought in a psychic that revealed he didn't see Brooks having cancer at all. This caused a domino effect that led the rest of the Housewives to doubt Brooks having cancer by the end of the season.

"Tamra likes to stir things up," Vicki told the gossip site. "She wanted a story line and that's why she hired the psychic."

"She and the others wanted me to lie saying I was in on him faking his cancer and that's not true," she went on. "It's a reality television show and I don't need to fabricate for a story line. I've never done that for 10 years and I'm not going to start now."

Shannon also got brought up in Vicki's interview and she went off on her former friend turning her back on her by wanting her doctor to appear on the show.

"Shannon referred Brooks to her doctor and he ended up deciding not to go," the insurance maven said. "Shannon was passionate about getting her doctor on TV I think, or maybe it was coming from a good place, I don't know any more. He had his own medical team of doctors and he decided to stay with them. Although he thought he would go see her referral initially, he changed his mind. I had nothing to do with his decision."

As MStars News reported, Tamra recently revealed that she doesn't believe Brooks anymore and thinks Vicki knew all along he didn't have cancer.

"I don't think he has cancer," the fitness entrepreneur told All Things Real Housewife. "But that is not my problem to worry about. Lying about something like cancer when so many people are fighting it and losing their lives is disgusting and he will have to answer to God and the two million viewers."

"How could she NOT [know]?" she said when asked if Vicki was in on it. "That is the million dollar question..."

Do you think Vicki should still believe Brooks has cancer and if he doesn't, did she know all along?
