Season 11 of Bones continues its final season on Fox. In tonight's Episode 3, after being away finally reunited with the Jeffersonian, are Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) ready to face their "The Carpals in the Coy-Wolves?"

As a father and son are on hunting trip, he ends up screaming when he sees a skull. The boy aims the shotgun and in super-slow motion, blasts the skull. Booth reads Brennan's manuscript and discovers Agent Andy, the character based on him, is dead. He gets sad when she says the character's death is final.

At the crime scene, Booth realizes the clothes are all there, except for the shoes. Their murdered victim was dumped in the woods. Camille (Tamara Taylor) and Hodgins (T.J. Thyne) notice Booth is quite upset over Andy's death.

At the Jeffersonian, Brennan has already hired another intern, which wasn't approved by Camille. Agent James Aubrey (John Boyd) thinks the new sexy and younger partner Brennan is writing about is based on him. Hedging discovers the squintern is dealing with erectile dysfunction.

Dr. Beth Mayer (Betty White) gives Angela (Michaela Conlin) advice, which helps her with the case. Beth ends up talking about her past lovers and divorce. In the interrogation room, Aubrey discovers the victim, Ross, has enemies in his fantasy football league. Beth and Booth end up explaining fantasy football to Brennan. Beth is also upset with Brennan for killing Agent Andy.

After seeing a viral video of Craig being humiliated, Aubrey talks with  the suspect about Ross' murder. It seems Ross also made an enemy with someone on Twitter. Beth notices the squintern's erectile problem and offers up a solution. Brennan realizes she's not as perceptive as Beth is.

After the shooting range, Aubrey and Booth interrogate their next suspect, who reveals Ross threatened his wife and kids. Ross may have also owed a lot of money to someone. Camille is having fun when she notices Brennan is feeling competitive with Beth.

Meanwhile, Hodgins accidentally gets shot with a tranquilizer dart. Brennan and Booth talk with the fantasy football league commissioner, who's bossed around at work. Angela noticed Ross screwed up a deal with potential money and a fixed account.

Aubrey discovers Ross was having an affair with a woman named Ashley. After Hodgins returns to the Jeffersonian, Aubrey asks Ashley if her husband knew about the affair. She thinks Craig actually committed the murder. Brennan learns the victim was stabbed twice with a nail gun.

Booth and Aubrey arrest a frustrated Craig, who was just in the middle of a bad trade.  Aubrey then finds the nail gun in his room. Beth makes another observation and discovers the murder weapon. Ross was stabbed with a meat holder by the commissioner.

Hodgins gets back at the squinter and shoots him with a tranquiler dart. Brennan apologizes for acting jealous and asks Beth for advice. Beth realizes Brennan killed Agent Andy because she needed to be challenged. When things got boring, she started killing characters.

As Beth promises to return, Brennan and Booth joke around in the kitchen.
