Greg Hardy was having a really bad day at the office when he went off on his Dallas Cowboys teammate, Dez Bryant. The former Carolina Panthers defensive end player didn't care which camera got his close up as he yelled at his teammates and argued with injured wide receiver, Dez Bryant.

According to Fox Sports, Hardy lost it on Sunday when the Dallas Cowboys continued their losing streak. The famous "All-American" team lost against the New York Giants, 20 to 27. When Bryant confronted Hardy from the sidelines, he forgot about his injured foot and starting bickering with Hardy.

It's no secret that Hardy probably has a bad temper. He had a four game suspension this football season following his domestic violence troubles with his former girlfriend, Nicole Holder. Hardy was accused of "placing his hands around her neck and applying enough pressure to leave visible marks, shoving her against a wall and throwing her on a futon covered with at least four semi-automatic rifles." MStars News previously reported that the NFL star was suspended for a few games with the Carolina Panthers after he was found guilty of attacking Holder last year.

The Cowboys have lost four games back to back.

As for discipline, Hardy's coach, Jason Garrett, said that he wasn't seeking any kind of punishment against his player. "It was not a big deal from anybody inside our football team and inside this building," Garrett explained about Hardy's hot head.

Coach Garrett told ESPN that he was standing near Hardy when he was arguing with his teammates. "I was standing right there,'' Garrett claimed. He continued, "To be a good football player and a good football team, you have to have passion and put it all out there. Sometimes in a game, things don't go well and you have a response. A pro football coach and a pro football team understand that those things happen. You want the guys with passion."

He finished, "It was coming off the football field. That happens, you encourage guys, you try to get guys excited. You try to get guys ready for the next challenge. I believe from my vantage point, that's what he was doing.''

As for Dez Bryant, the wide receiver seems to be over his dispute with Hardy and states that their argument was "nothing."

Bryant said that people love making something bigger than what it really is. He said: "There is no issue. That's just football. People want to make nothing into something, especially when we lose. That's just football."

Take a look at the close up of Hardy arguing with his teammates. Do you believe Hardy's temper was out of control or is that just the game of football?
