Season 2 of the Batman prequel series, Gotham, continues on Fox. In tonight's Episode 6, are detective Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and the young Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) are in danger of getting burned alive by the female Firefly (Michelle Veintimilla)?

In our previous recap, while Theo Galavan (James Frain) announced his candidacy for Mayor, he was also holding the Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor)'s mother hostage. As Penguin followed orders and committed murder, Jim (Ben McKenzie) found himself in charge of the strike force against the king of Gotham. While the murder count grew, the romance between Nygma and Kringle grew, leading up to their first kiss.

In our recent recap, Selina Kyle had a reunion with a former childhood friend, Bridget Pike. As the Pike brothers forced her to join their life of crime, Bridget discovered a gas mask and flame-thrower. Bridget slowly became the Firefly and started on a path as a cop-killer. Meanwhile, the Order of St. Dumas is coming for Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) and Theo Galavan (James Frain) is their assassin.

In an interview with TV Line, Bicondova teases what's in store between the young Catwoman and Jim, Selina and Gordon make distinct promises to one another, and in this scene, Gordon gives Selina some very bad news and she gets really angry with him. She's angry with herself also, because she knew that she shouldn't have trusted him, a cop. She wishes that she had trusted her instincts. Basically, at the end of the scene you wonder if Gordon and Selina's relationship still exists."

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Veintimilla dishes on what to expect from Bridget, I think that it's going to be interesting to see what makes her turn bad. It doesn't come from testosterone-based aggression; I think she feels cheated, because she's had the strength all along and hasn't had the chance to really express that. Now she has, and she's going to run with it."
