Hazel E Survives ATV Accident: 'LHHH' Star Has Reconstructive Surgery on Nose

Hazel E is lucky to be alive after surviving an ATV accident while vacationing in Dubai. On Monday night's episode of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, Hazel was in tears after being bruised up and in bandages after she came back from her trip over seas. The damage to her nose caused the reality star to be forced to have reconstructive surgery in order to save her nose.

In the clip below, Hazel thanked her close friends including Milan Christopher, Nikki Mudarris, and Teairra Mari for coming to her aid after the accident that could've been deadly. Before walking in, Mudarris admitted that she didn't know what to expect her friend to look like, bringing flowers to cheer Hazel E up.

When asked how she has been feeling, Hazel said that she was "surviving" and thankful to be "alive." Nikki Mudarris tried to make her feel better telling her that she didn't appear to look "that bruised." But Hazel disagreed and said that she would determine that when her bandages came off.

Explaining her desert crash, Hazel told her friends that she blacked out after she drove her ATV off of a sand dune.

"My a$$ thought I was just making a turn trying to get away and boom straight down into a cliff into the handle bar." Hazel continued to describe her accident adding, "I like blackout for a second and I feel that my nose is mushed and all they could do was put ice on it until they could get a vehicle."

Hazel was far out and at least an hour away from the nearest hospital. She had to go under a CAT scan and to see what was broken.

The painful accident left the reality star rushing to get back to the United States to save her nose! Hazel had to fly 16 hours with an concussion to have surgery.

Hazel cleared up the air finally after critics and fans of the show believed she was lying about her accident and claimed that she had a nose job. During the time of her accident, Hazel clapped back at people who believed she was putting on a publicity stunt and said:

"This would be the worst publicity stunt to get a nose job ever, I damn near wish it was, I wouldn't have had to deal with blood spewing from inside and outside of my nose & almost choking in it, not to mention the head trauma from #nosediving into the bike...All in hot desert 105 degree heat #God has a plan I'm just going with it, I'm home & get to see a top surgeon in the morning! "
