Telltale Games' 'The Walking Dead' Season 2 Joins FREE PlayStation Plus Games November 2015!

Telltale Games will be releasing Season 2 of The Walking Dead: The Game for FREE. PlayStation Plus. Based on the popular Image Comics series by writer Robert Kirkman, The Walking Dead videogame joins the list of PlayStation Plus free games available for November 2015.

As we previously mentioned, Kirkman's epic saga continues in the videogame realm where you, the player, decide whether or not Clementine is strong enough to survive the undead invasion. In the first season, convicted murderer Lee Everett, escapes from his incarceration, only to find himself taking care of the little girl. In the follow-up second season, Clementine has to keep going on without Lee, but staying alive gets tougher, especially when there is a pregnant mother onboard. What does the future hold for Clementine in the upcoming third season?

According to IGN, Sony has unveiled the lineup of titles that will be available free to PlayStation Plus subscribers. During the month of November, Telltale's second season of The Walking Dead leads the pack. In addition, PlayStation 4 owners will also be getting Magicka 2. The lineup continues as Mass Effect 2 and Ubisoft's enhanced port of Beyond Good & Evil will also be free on the PS3.

As for the highly anticipated third season, Polygon reports Telltale Games director of PR Job Stauffer stated on his official Twitter account, "To re-clarify, no, TWD S3 is *not* starting in 2015. But what I am seeing this week will be, and it is insanely cool. Stay close, news soon!"

As for now, Telltale is currently working on their other episodic projects, which includes games based on Minecraft and Game of Thrones. There will also be a standalone miniseries, which will feature the popular sword-weilding zombie slayer, Michonne. 

Both seasons of The Walking Dead: The Game are available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
